This is what a new User Window looks like:

You should fill in all necessary fields to create a new user with a new database.

Username - Name of the user, Enter a name, which hasn't been used before.
Password - Enter a password for access to database, we suggest that you read recommendations on creating passwords.
Confirm - Confirm your password to avoid mistake.
Encryption - Here you can choose the encryption method. If you aren't familiar with encryption methods- leave it as it is.
Memo - here you can write anything that could help you remember the password if you happen to forget it. Never write the password itself! This field is not obligatory.
